Find a different branch or a different bank…
Walked in to try to add my spouse to a bank account. Nobody could help us for hours in spite of 4 staff on site, them seeing that we had a young child with us, and absolutely minimal teller traffic. I’m a 30 year customer of boa, time to move on.

No one responds to calls at the B of a phone numbers for local banks. Very frustrating.

I’m literally watching the same employees struggle with their job, I come to get change regularly cuz I work at the mall but my god waiting for a hour for change is insane because they just can’t give change in every register
