Extremely unprofessional. Delivery agents simply lie about attempting delivery when packages require signature. Posting blank images and sinply lying that no one was home when they do not even visit the building. Customer service is equally incompetent. They delay all essential documents like passports and simply are not reliable at all. I myself would not trust them and will actively discourage people from using any service from such a stupid and careless company. Go with other shipping companies but never FedEx, specially when the shippment is something official or really important.

FedEx delivered to the wrong address. The first photo is the one the driver took. He didn't even take a picture of the door number, just the packages, but I did in the second photo. My address is 2 Putnam, but this was dropped at door 3, building 1. The frustrating part is they never rang my doorbell; it could have saved me 30 minutes of searching the entire complex. Big fail for FedEx

Driver states he attempted delivery. I was sitting right by door, he put a note and my door and took off. No knock,no bell rang. Customer service was no help. Where is the service these days. 0 stars.

I have never received the item from them.
Their delivery men are extremely rude, they leave tickets without calling or notifying or anything. Then they say you were not at home.

Extremely Disappointed with FedEx Pickup Service in Boston
I scheduled a home pickup with FedEx in Boston, paid extra for the service, and had all my packages fully labeled and ready well before the scheduled time. No one ever showed up. Then, to my surprise, FedEx cancelled the pickup claiming the package “wasn’t ready” — which is completely false.
There was no knock, no call, no update — nothing. Just a cancellation with a made-up excuse. This is atrocious service and an incredibly frustrating experience, especially when I paid extra for convenience and reliability.
I expected better from FedEx. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

I would leave zero stars if possible. They have delivered my packages to the wrong address consistently for the last six months. Doesn't matter the shipper. They only photograph the package and crop out the information which implicates that they are leaving at the wrong address.

The WORST FEDEX DISTRIBUTION CENTER. IRRESPONSIBLE DRIVERS LEAVING PACKAGES AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. Won’t deliver to the house won’t change FedEx does nothing. GO OUT OF BUSINESS YOU SUCK

I would leave zero stars if possible. Same as everyone else. Never rang my doorbell, everyone was home when they supposedly attempted to deliver... Now we have to drive 30 minutes to pick up and they are only open 9-5... Atrocious and criminal.

Fedex drivers just don't do their job in Boston area !!! Constantly getting delivery was attempted, no ring bell no door tag even though I work from home!
