Gentle movers office was immediately responsive to my questions online and continued fantastic communication throughout the process. Wonderful, careful, & polite movers! Unresponsive billing/operations department which overcharged me for an hour's time. Customer beware!

They did a wonderful job keeping my furniture safe. My problem with them is the price. They charge for door to door time from their facility.
