L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE is an amazingly well organized and clean store with products neatly displayed. The store offers many beautifully fragranced soaps, lotions, perfumes, creams, oils, and a few facial care and bath and body accessories. The quality of the items is excellent. Popular fragrance lines include Lavender and Almond, with the Almond shower oil noted as very moisturizing and luxurious. They also have great little travel-sized hand creams, sold individually or in sets, which are a good way to explore various scents. The customer service is good, with knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful sales staff. They assist customers in finding products, deciding on new skincare routines, and are always aware of any specials. The staff lets customers try products out for themselves before purchasing. Every so often, the store runs gift with purchase events, providing free goodie bags with several travel-sized products, allowing customers to sample new items. The people at the registers and on the sales floor consistently do a good job, ensuring customers are pleased. Specific products, like the roll-on verbena deodorant, are highlighted as effective, clean, healthy options with a beautiful energizing scent. Customers report leaving the store satisfied and happy, often looking forward to returning.
