I had such a great experience at Lush! Coakley was awesome - super helpful and friendly. They helped me find everything I needed to keep my skin hydrated this winter and did it quickly, which I really appreciated since I was in a rush. My hands have felt soft and hydrated for hours, and everything I bought smells absolutely amazing. Thanks, Coakley, for making my quick shopping trip such a great one!

Had one of the best Lush experiences at Natick, everyone was so lovely, attentive and informative. Bobby the manager was so wonderful and even did a hand massage demo to show me the massage bars and I should’ve tipped him for that tbh, top tier. Can’t wait to come back to this location <3

I visited Lush with my family and my energetic eight-year-old who has sensory needs, and I was completely blown away by the kindness and teamwork of the staff. Eddie greeted us so warmly, Nora engaged my son with hands-on bath bomb and soap fun, and Courtney made sure the items I loved were safely brought to the front. Bobby, the manager, was incredibly kind and clearly leads an amazing team.
They were so patient and wonderful at gently redirecting my son when he needed it, turning what could have been a stressful outing into pure joy. He’s still talking about the visit and even asked to have his birthday party at Lush, which I think would be incredible!
The bath bombs were fantastic (he used one that same night and this morning!) and the whole experience left us smiling. I never thought I’d become a regular at Lush, but after meeting this team, we absolutely will. If you’re looking for great products, a warm atmosphere, and genuine care, this Lush is the place to go!

Coakley (they/ them)and Jayde (she/ her) helped me so much. even throughly looked through there back stock to make sure I got EXACTLY what I needed (I’m picky and was looking for certain products). They were superstars, the rest of the associates that day were also helping out several other shoppers in there.

I love this Lush location. All the employees at this location are so friendly and patient. They are very knowledgeable and will help you out if you find yourself lost and overwhelmed with their beautiful & fragrant selection. I usually get their Don't look at me and coffee face scrub perfect for this hot weather. Every dollar spent here is worth it. Another great part abt this chain is that they recycle and reuse which is great for the environment plus, you get $1 off your next purchase for each container you return.

I met the nicest girls at Lush Natick. I needed some soaps to be cut out to specifications as part of some small gift bags I am putting together. They were so accommodating with respect to my preferences and really made sure the gifts were to my liking. I am so glad. A big thanks to them!

This is my absolute favorite Lush store, i travel out of my way to go there. AND I MEAN EXTRA 30-45 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY. Pedro has literally become my bestie after he recognized me from my previous visit there. He is sooo helpful and knowledgeable! But other workers are great too. Store is always organized and clean. Amazing!

My son and I were greeted by a wonderful girl named Katherine. Who let my son try out a bath bomb of his choosing (within reason) . He loves bath bombs and saw them from the window of the store and actually brought me in. I am so glad I visited. We walked out with 2 bath bombs, 2 shower bombs and a pumice/soap scrub.
Katherine answered all my questions and was great with my son. We will be returning for more products. Thank you again for your kind service.

The associate Coakley is truly a great example of going the extra mile for her customers. This is not the first time she has helped me out before. I will continue to shop here only because of her. She exceed my request, took great care of my need, and made sure to explain all products to me. I appreciate your help. Got the hello gorgeous box as a gift and I love all the products in it. It feels so good on my skin and smells really great! The moisturizer is great for the winter months.

THANK YOU so much to the employee who set up a bath bomb demo for my 1.5 year old tonight! A couple other kids got in on the fun too. She let him pick one out and drop in a big ol’ tub of water and gave him a stick thing to stir it. Then gave each of the kids a chunk of bath play dough to play with in the pink water. Are you kidding me?! Pretty much best possible Friday night for a toddler. That same employee has helped me before and is just so good at her job! I always hear her assisting other newer colleagues and customers. In fact, once she got my little guy going she said, “you have fun and don’t worry - I’ll clean up the mess when you’re done. I’m going to go check in with some other customers.” She is just a delight. We bought too many bath bombs too so it’s working! <3
