“The service has always been fine. No issues. Wait times are good compared to other locations. Maybe the poor reviews were just someone’s bad day. We all have ‘em. Also I have had to buy tape to seal my packages at other USPS locations. Lesson learned. Be prepared, folks!”

“Arguably the best full service PO in Metro West. Can be a tad busy around noon and near close but Kelly and Wendy will take care of you. Lots of packing materials and friendly smiles that give you all the mailing options. Off peak times you are in and out with usually no wait.”

“This is my favorite post office! I send out a lot of mail - I average $800 a month…. I try to buy all my stamps from here but sometimes I have to go to others along my travels for work.
I stopped in today with about 400 mailers… $2 each…. When I got there i had Linda weigh the envelope to make sure I had enough postage to send it out. I was .11 cents short :/. I asked for the more expensive stamp so it would require less time to affix 1 vs 2….
I’ll tell you - never saw this before but Linda, Marcia, and Pat asked if I wanted help. I’m not one to bother anyone and I mean that…. I passed on the gesture and they insisted.
They helped stamp 400 envelopes with me! I don’t have to say how much time they saved me but one can only imagine. This was a visit I’ll never forget and a gesture that will not go ignored. I’ll be bringing in pizzas next week as a thank you!

“A friendly neighborhood post office and not ever crowded, even at the holidays. All of the people who work here have always been nice and patient. Good to call ahead for passports for an appointment, but they can do them as well with no line. In the summertime there is an ice cream and burger stand next door, so you can make a nice outing of it if you have kids in tow or are hungry.”

“The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”

“This post office is located directly next to Village Pizza, so it’s hard to find if you’re looking for a typical post office in a free standing building. However, our experience applying for passports at this located was seamless. I believe D’Ann was the person who helped us, and although it was busy she was quick and efficient with our paperwork. It’s a stressful process and she made me feel reassured throughout making sure we had everything.”
“Was having trouble with USPS website so went in person. No line and guy working was super helpful with best shipping option and super patient when I clicked the wrong buttons when declaring contents, credit card machine. Pleasant experience!”

“I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.”
“Cheryl, Cathy and Fernando, employees with the Holliston Post Office, MA were friendly , kind, patient and very helpful in delivering a package to me that was initially sent to the incorrect address. They handled the situation professionally and perfectly and went beyond until it was resolved. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!”
