I came to the Soma location in the natick mall in desperate need of new bras. All my life I have never had a bra that fits me properly and I was nervous to go see a professional since I have always been insecure about my chest. I have never had a better experience in a store than I did with Gale. She made me feel so comfortable right from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the bras she recommended I try, and she helped me find 2 bras that fit me absolutely perfectly. She went into detail about each bra, how to wash/dry them, and she signed me up for rewards and explained the benefits. I never felt as if she was trying to get me to spend more money- it seemed like she genuinely cared. She even gave me $20 for my first time shopping there! I wish every customer service representative was like Gale. Highly recommend her and this store for beautiful bras that will fit you perfectly!

I went shopping with my mom & had excellent service from Gail. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable & thoughtful when sizing my mom for a bra.. I really enjoyed perusing through the sale racks for beautiful, quality bras. Their prices are mall specialty shop average/high. Expected in this type of store. It was a very good experience overall.

During my recent visit to the store on May 22 to purchase bras, I encountered some disappointments with the service provided by Linda, the salesperson. Unfortunately, Linda appeared unhelpful and disinterested. When I sought assistance for a specific fit, her response was inappropriate as she engaged in body shaming. Moreover, she seemed more preoccupied with her phone than assisting customers, giving the impression of being unprofessional. Additionally, her lack of product knowledge and preparation further added to the unsatisfactory experience. As a customer investing in Soma's reputed high-quality products, I expected a commensurate level of service from the sales team. Otherwise, perhaps the store should consider alternatives such as employing more competent staff or implementing automated services. This could ensure consistent customer satisfaction and eliminate any instances of bullying.

The products are great but the staff is even more amazing. I was able to find everything I needed with their help and they were so understanding and friendly.

They were great at fitting me. But because it was more than 60 days, they would not let me return a "defective" (their words) bra - one that they said cannot be fixed and informed me it was a common problem because many people returned them for the same defect. That's their policy so I get it - but I don't have to agree with it, or shop at Soma anymore now that I know.UPDATE: I already called the customer service number given in Soma's response and was told the same thing: Because it was more than 60 days since purchase and I no longer had my receipt, there was nothing they could do.

The older woman who helped me was super condescending, and also told me i had “uniboob” while doing my fitting. I was feeling insecure about my chest for the rest of my shopping trip.

I went to this store today to return some items that I'd purchased online and hadn't worked out. Jocelyn helped me immensely by measuring me and walking me through different styles of bras and finding the best fit for each one. She spent over an hour with me and was so kind, helpful, personable, and professional! I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service and great selection!

Came for a Bra fitting for my wife. She is not from the US so we needed to find her US size. We were helped by the wonderful Maddie who spent over an hour with us finding the perfect fits and types for my wife. She even helped with finding matching underwear styles for the bras we picked. Could not recommend this store enough and a mountain of thanks for Maddie. She was so wonderful, nice, helpful, patient. We cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation towards her. Pay attention Soma, this is they type of person you want to keep around for all your stores. Thank you Maddie!

I went to the NATICK MALL location last night in a desperate need of new bras.The woman who assisted me, Gale, was extremely helpful. She is unbelievably knowledgeable and honest. She had taught me things about bras that I did not know about.I am very happy with my two new bras and I definitely recommend going to Soma.

I used to love Soma and feel really welcomed there. Unfortunately, the last three times I've been in this store I've felt judged and like I'm intruding on the associates' personal conversations, and like I have to fight for attention. Every time I go I feel like I have to ask for what I want and then say "is that okay?" This is not indicative of good service. I'm sad to say that I'm disappointed in my experiences there and will probably only go there now to make returns.

Excellent customer service - they were helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Even my husband commented that it was some of the best customer service experience. Not to mention their bras are lovely!

Someone recommended the Soma website to me for my favorite Walcoal bras, and when I saw there was a store in Natick and they did bra fittings I made the trek. Natick Mall is a circus, I hardly ever go there, but it was worth the trip. The staff were gathering at the desk chatting but I hadn't been there long before the manager Missy came over and asked if she could help. She was very attentive, measuring me and then bringing me some bra to try on. They didn't have my size in the store but said we could order them online and they would be shipped to my home for free, which was fine by me. She turned me over to her colleague who showed me what was available online and placed the order quickly. They were both extremely cordial and I even got a 10% discount I guess for being a new customer. Not sure I will go back because I'm fine with ordering online now that I know my bra size. But I would recommend them in a flash now that Lady Grace is no more.
