We had a group of 10, in total there were 16 people present for the cooking class. The space was not set up to accommodate 16 people. It would have been nice to have had a seat to enjoy eating the food we prepared(although the ad does say most of your time will be spent standing) Disappointing that we thought we’d be enjoying a sweet treat to end our meal, but the chef had difficulties with the cuisanart ice cream maker. One would think that this would have been tested out before hand . Feels a bit like we didn’t get fully what was paid for. Stir fry was delicious. Would have been nice to go home with the recipe in hand.

I signed up for eight classes since October and every single class has been canceled because they can't keep a chef and they just canceled another class for me on Sunday and asked me if I wanted to do a free class on Friday or Saturday. If I did I would have signed up for those classes. I will never sign up for another one and the home customer service office is extremely rude. They said oh we'll take care of it. We'll try and figure something out so I will never ever do another class for them again with them or ever sign up for one because I can't. They keep canceling them. Horrible customer service to cancel classes consistently. I've had eight and I still have two more that I asked them to cancel since they can't get a chef to stay there. And this is the Natick Massachusetts location and it's Sundays at 1:00.

I purchased a gift card. The card was fraudulently used by someone in a completely different state. When I tried to resolve this, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. The recipient, for whom I intended the gift card, was given all of the information as to who used the gift card. They went over the price and actually used another credit card to complete their payment for whatever they purchased. They provided the email of the person who used it, but when we tried it, it was an invalid email. I wouldnt by online with this company ever again.

DO NOT BOOK A COOKING CLASS! I booked one and they cancelled it and called me to let me know (totally fine!) and rebooked for a different day. Had to jump through hoops to get my coupon reused for the rebooking and then drove 1 hour to the class day of. They cancelled it again, but did not call me or alert me in any way. The manager apologized and offered us the current promotion the store was offering (?). Safe to say I did not buy anything and would absolutely not recommend this place. The class was still able to be booked on the website DAYS after it was supposedly cancelled and minutes before it was supposed to start (we checked after we were turned away) and those who booked after are NOT alerted. So you can book and pay for a cancelled class, show up, and then be told it was cancelled.

Bought a set of two of their ceramic pans. The non stick properties didn't last long on one of the pans and they refused to refund or replace.

Chef Brian was an amazing teacher and host. Our group of 7 had the best time amd learned alot about chocolate! We would definitely do it again! Thank you Brian!

I had such a wonderful time at the chocolate cooking class! The whole experience was fun, hands-on, and delicious. Brian was the absolute best teacher—he made everything easy to follow and added such great energy to the class. At one point we were joking around about wanting some whipped cream, and he actually made some up on the spot just for us. It was such a thoughtful (and tasty!) touch that made the class feel extra special. I left not only with new chocolate-making skills but also with a huge smile. Highly recommend this class and especially Brian!

slightly disappointed and most likely wont book again with this company. i recently booked this event for my 1st wedding anniversary. The company calls me 35 mins before the event, when we were already on our way and said theyre cancelling with very minimal reasoning as to why. I didnt really know what to say as we were 20mins away and they just said theyd refund the money back. i am grateful for the refund because they have a no refund policy. just overall disappointed for what should have been a very special day and a fun activity was taken away with no explanation. just wanted to put that out there.

Chef J and Chef Scott were awesome! They were great teachers. Food was delicious and the class was informative and fun. Everything came out great, we will definitely be back
