“Tough day yesterday as we had to put our cat down. When our regular vet was unable to see us - Boston West made time for us right away, diagnosed her and offered our options and their potential outcomes and costs. We made the decision to put her down (very, very sick Kitty) and the team was caring and compassionate while being highly respectful and professional. Made a difficult day a bit easier and we are very appreciative. Five stars.”
