He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. I will be returning if my car needs other repairs in the future as I know my car was in great hands!”

Corinne who works in the office is very friendly and professional and answered my phone calls with immediate and honest expectations of the repair. She completed all of the paper work with my insurance company and even arranged for me to have a rental car for a day towards the end of the repair which I didn’t need because the repair was finished early. I asked for the number of the car rental place and she said she would take care of cancelling it! Car accidents are stressful but Pierce Collison repaired my car so that it looks brand new.
