“My son had an accident in stoneham and it had to be towed . And couldn’t imagine how much it would cost because forgot to renew and it takes a week to kick in. . When I called about the towing company the person I spoke with was so nice and professional. . And I didn’t have the car so it took meet a couple of day and they worked with me. They were busy the day I wanted it towed and they were very apologetic about asked me if it was ok and I didn’t mind at all . And the gentleman that. Dropped the car off was so nice and it was first thing in the morning. I asked him for a card and would recommend them to anybody that needs a tow.

“Pretty good place to take car in for repairs and maintenance. I miss Jerry. Fred is pretty nice. Tony is really knowledgeable and funny. And last but not least- Gil is the most funny and great guy! I sometimes just stop by to say hi to Gil. Gas is more expensive there, though. That's a bummer but their pumps always stay busy! Oh and the air for the tires is great! “My first experience getting towed turned out to be surprisingly pleasant, thanks to them. I called after getting a flat tire on the side of the road, already in tears and without a spare. They went above and beyond by waiting with me in the cold (32° F) until my ride arrived, making sure I felt safe and supported. Their price was very fair, and the wait time was exactly as promised, which I really appreciated. They also delivered my car to the destination without a scratch (apart from the already flat tire, of course).
