“Mike at Echop Bridge Auto Repair is wonderful! Took my Prius in after someone crunched the front bumper at a grocery store parking lot and Mike was able to give me a SPOT ON estimate for what the repair would be out of pocket. He took my car in on a Monday morning and we had it back by Friday morning! Mike did an awesome job and my car has never looked better. He communicated everything to us so well I knew exactly what was going on and there were no hidden fees or worries. As long as I live in Massachusetts I'll be taking my car to Mike at Echo Bridge.”

“Normally do not write reviews but George & Ken’s is the PLACE to go if you have damage to your Tesla/car. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. Went there today with some paint damage on my new Model 3. They were able to complete a repair onsite and only had to wait 15/20 mins for the paint to dry. Will absolutely be going back for any future repairs. Huge thank you to the staff and highly recommend!”
“I've been going to Jack for repairs since we moved to Needham, 25 years ago. I quickly learned that I could trust him to tell me what needs to be done and, almost more importantly, what does NOT need to be done, at least not immediately. They often say 'that can wait until your next oil change' or something similar. They do good work and have fair prices. They have also, more than once, resolved an emergency for me. “Mytireguys got me out of a pinch (pun intended) after I discovered a pothole had damaged my tire and left a bulging sidewall. When I called in, Jake worked with me to set up an appointment quickly even though the specific tire I needed was not in stock and had to be ordered. Julio arrived and was professional, fast and took great care of my Audi S5. He checked and inflated the rest of my tires and made sure everything was ready to go. I'll definitely be using them again, and bonus points for being my neighbors as a local business here in Needham :)”
