“The staff at Landry's was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the opportunity to test out multiple bikes and have been pleased with my purchase. Thank you!”

“Gerry and Devin - man you could not ask for a nicer, more helpful couple of guys. I had a unique request and Boson EBikes was the ONLY shop to respond and they were able to help me get what I needed. Soon I plan to be in the market for a new e-bike and you know where I'll be going - Boston EBikes!”
“As an elder customer, I am always treated respectfully and problems and solutions explained within my understanding. The service is excellent and staff friendly and professional.”
“I walked in first thing in the morning with a flat tire on my E-bike and they changed my tube in 5minutes INCREDIBLY PRICED! I never dealt with an easier bike shop especially for something last minute. Saved my son’s Halloween bike ride. My go to bike shop from now on because of the friendly efficient service! Thanks Anthony and Alek?”
“It may have been my first bike shop repair visit ever! BUT they nailed it!!!! Taking out a 2 inch nail and swapping my rear e-bike tire inner tube Quickly and professionally. It was a great first time experience and can’t wait to head back!!!!!!! Call first to make sure they can maintenance your bike!!!”
“The owners are super friendly and actively listened to help me find the bike that best fits my needs. There is no pressure to buy one way or the other, no gut feeling telling me something is wrong here, and all-in-all, it is a good business run by good people. I also loved the cat that likes to hang out in the store.”
“I took my bike in to get help with choosing a front derailleur. The guy up front was super helpful and gave me a lot of useful information that made installing it myself a lot easier.
They’ve been super accommodating wherever possible.”
“Costumer service is excellent, the gentlemen at sales is very kind, very professional. I'm a very undesiced person, he had a lot of patience and was super helpful. I made the right decision whitout feeling pressure. When is time to upgrade I Will come back. ?”

“The best bike shop around! I went here for both of my mountain bikes and found the service, variety, and community here all as stand outs. They do quick and reliable servicing as well, just make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Can't recommend them enough - they do not pressure you at all to buy something. They are informative and encouraging, which I really appreciate.”
“This shop is awesome. He put together my wife's new bike. He quick and efficient and his prices are fair. Highly recommend and will be going back when service is needed.”

“I was in the market for a new road bike, and given my planned investment, grew increasingly uneasy with making a large purchase based upon a factory-to-consumer model.I was invited to the store, checked out the inventory, and made appointment for a formalized fitting. The high-tech fitting, which reviewed riding position on the hoods and drops, along with saddle position, allowed the technicians to utilize advanced technology and made precise recommendations on a in scope bikes as my preferred price point. After purchasing the bike, the shop was responsive in following up when all modifications were complete.Barry, Clint, and Team—Thank you for your attention and continued support throughout the process!”
“I went there with a flat tire, expecting to leave my bike there for a week or more. Steve stopped what he was doing and fixed the flat right away for a very fair price. Great guy, great service, fair prices...what more could you want?”
“What a great local shop. Doug and his wife were so friendly. Brought in a bike that needed to be sorted out (wheel way out of true, bent rear derailleur and hanger, broken shifter, and a few other things). He got it done quick at a fair price. He knows his stuff and we had a great conversation about bikes. He's got some nice bikes in stock too. Definitely recommend coming here and support a local shop.”
“I called ahead to rent a mountain bike for the day - the price was very competitive. Adi did a thorough tune up to the bike before handing it over. He's a super professional and friendly bike mechanic and shop owner. Quite a stand up guy as Espresso and spirits were on the house! :)”
“This is a great shop. The owner is very considerate and welcoming, and has gone above and beyond to make my bike function well. On my last visit I came in to get my gear cable replaced and he also fixed up my bike lock to attach to my bike rack instead of hanging on the handlebar. Some sports shops can be a little snobbish if you aren't a "serious" enough practitioner, and I'm glad to say I've never felt that way here. The owner has been very considerate and capable.”
“They do the job. Servicing, sales both used and new. We had a bike serviced and tuned up for under $100-which is fair in my opinion. They have a variety of people working there- some prickly some nice but all helpful. We got a used bike for our daughter in great condition for 60-65% less than our friend paid for a new one. I’m sure things can be found cheaper online but unless it’s significantly cheaper we will go to wheelworks.”
“Everyone who works here acts like an ornery old man, and two of the three of them are. But it is a useful fox burrow of an LBS for the granola people of JP and the rest of us who occasionally need a tuneup.”

“I’ve picked up a few things from here over the years but recently was able to grab Pathfinder 38s tires that were unavailable everywhere else and I was helped by the exceptional tire pro Ben. This a top bike house!”
“Flew my bike to Boston in September for a multi-day ride, but on the shakeout ride it was making a squeaking noise. Took it to Cambridge Bicycle ~30 min before closing. Josh spent a good amount of time with it to look into and rule out potential causes. He narrowed down on the likely cause being a small failure of a seal on the rear hub; he added some oil and assured me that although it might make noise, it was plenty safe to ride. I was charged nothing for the time spent on the diagnosis.
I was pleased to find that it made no sound the next day, and it didn’t chirp again for the remainder of the trip! We ended up having a great adventure, and that’s thanks at least in part to the Josh's efforts. Many thanks for the time and attention!”

“Highly recommend! Amazing customer service - I took in my bike to to get it packed and shipped to California, but in the mess of the move, forgot to send them a shipping label. They kept my bike in their warehouse for 5 months until I finally got my life figured out ? I was sure it would have been sold or gotten rid of by the time I circled - so thrilled that they kept it stored.”
“Fast splits is the only bicycle store I shop at! Brian and Jesse are alway incredible to work with and are quite honestly, the only two people I trust to work on my bicycles. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are genuinely there to help make your life on a bicycle better and easier!”
