They do quick and reliable servicing as well, just make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Can't recommend them enough - they do not pressure you at all to buy something. They are informative and encouraging, which I really appreciate.”

“I was in the market for a new road bike, and given my planned investment, grew increasingly uneasy with making a large purchase based upon a factory-to-consumer model.I was invited to the store, checked out the inventory, and made appointment for a formalized fitting. The high-tech fitting, which reviewed riding position on the hoods and drops, along with saddle position, allowed the technicians to utilize advanced technology and made precise recommendations on a in scope bikes as my preferred price point.After purchasing the bike, the shop was responsive in following up when all modifications were complete.Barry, Clint, and Team—Thank you for your attention and continued support throughout the process!”

Brought in a bike that needed to be sorted out (wheel way out of true, bent rear derailleur and hanger, broken shifter, and a few other things). He got it done quick at a fair price. He knows his stuff and we had a great conversation about bikes. He's got some nice bikes in stock too. Definitely recommend coming here and support a local shop.”

“This is a great shop. The owner is very considerate and welcoming, and has gone above and beyond to make my bike function well. On my last visit I came in to get my gear cable replaced and he also fixed up my bike lock to attach to my bike rack instead of hanging on the handlebar. Some sports shops can be a little snobbish if you aren't a "serious" enough practitioner, and I'm glad to say I've never felt that way here. The owner has been very considerate and capable.”

They have a variety of people working there- some prickly some nice but all helpful.We got a used bike for our daughter in great condition for 60-65% less than our friend paid for a new one. I’m sure things can be found cheaper online but unless it’s significantly cheaper we will go to wheelworks.”

“Flew my bike to Boston in September for a multi-day ride, but on the shakeout ride it was making a squeaking noise. Took it to Cambridge Bicycle ~30 min before closing. Josh spent a good amount of time with it to look into and rule out potential causes. He narrowed down on the likely cause being a small failure of a seal on the rear hub; he added some oil and assured me that although it might make noise, it was plenty safe to ride. I was charged nothing for the time spent on the diagnosis.
I was pleased to find that it made no sound the next day, and it didn’t chirp again for the remainder of the trip! We ended up having a great adventure, and that’s thanks at least in part to the Josh's efforts. Many thanks for the time and attention!”
