“I have had great luck at Walgreens. Sandy is fantastic. Jovani does a great job at the window. Recently, I as very concerned about getting a prescription that I would need the day after it became available as I was traveling. I spoke to Mark and asked what I could do on my end to help ensure I would get it. I followed his suggestion and, sure enough, I got my prescription on time and was able to go on my trip! I think, in general, that the big brand pharmacies over work their employees and that it is easy for them to loose sight of the fact that they are helping sick people. That IS NOT the case at Walgreens on Highland. They genuinely care!”

“I love this CVS they have always been my go to - HOWEVER
I placed a pick up order which try as I may I was unable to cancel and then I get an email to say it was picked up! NOT BY ME OR anyone I asked to pick it up - I have been charged for something I didn't want and was unable to cancel and then someone stole it!
I do not consider this acceptable!”

“To all of our customers!!!once you place an order we as 7/11 store have no control over the delivery!We do not provide the delivery service. This is done by the service you picked on your app. A lot of times we prepare the order and it never gets picked up!!!! If you have questions do not contact the store...contact the delivery provider that you placed the order with!!!!Items that are out of stock you are not being charged for. It is always good practice to have an alternative item selected!I agree with you that the delivery service has not been very good but..again this has nothing to do with the store...it is uber eats or any other service that you selected.Please contact them or the 7/11 corporate office to complain...you will be helping us also!!! thank you!”
