“Sean is THE BEST ‼ My wedding rings had been soldered together and came apart over the weekend. I went to Keegan’s this morning and was told the usual turn around time is 7-10 days. I asked if I could make an appt and have it done while I waited, but that was not an option. I was told by Junene the best they could do was 2 days. I left my rings today (Monday) and told they’d be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I received a call this afternoon from Sean stating the rings were ready. I am so grateful for Sean being so accommodating !”

“Fantastic collection of beautiful things! I could have stayed here all day!! MK seals the wonderful energy in the shop! Very helpful and warm, knows her merchandise and artists well and took all the time I needed to learn what I was buying, who made it, where it came from etc., which will forever be a part and f the priced I chose and make them them all the more special to me! And she did all that with multiple customers in the shop. We all got treated like we were the only ones there.
Customer service is becoming a lost art, but you can find it here with MK! I am a sales coach on ho-Trch and I love and appreciate great service. I really have little tolerance these days for anything less. I would have walked out if I hadn’t been greeted and welcomed and invited to browse and ask questions. So many boutiques and shops treat you like you are a bother — there are just too many choices these days.
