This hotel is a decent value for the location which is close to Dana Farber's Chestnut Hill campus. Rooms are clean and fresh. My room had a king bed and a separate couch and seating area. The room had a very small refrigerator and no microwave. I don't usually complain about showers but this one was annoying. I could not get the water to a decent temperature and the flow rate was so poor I struggled to rinse shampoo out of my hair. The shades on the window are in a permanent semi closed position and not able to be fully opened though you can close them all the way. There are some fun seating areas both on the first and second floor which are nice if you want to work outside the room. The fitness center was frustrating. Four treadmills facing a mirror only one of which was working properly. One recumbent bike, three ellipticals and some upper end weight dumbells. No small hand weights. The pool had a nice vibe but was awkward to find. Its upstairs from the fitness room. It has indoor garage parking which was a godsend in the recent snow storm. Lots of restaurants close by.

Place is horrible. Booked, reserved and paid for a king size room. When i arrived i was told that they dont have any king size bed rooms available. Was given a room with 2 full size beds. Im a big guy and a full size is tiny for me. When contacted hotel for a resolution i was told the best they could do is a 20% refund for the inconvenience. Place doesnt care about its custumers, save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else. absolute dump

Booked this place for a night away with the kids, called ahead to make sure the pool would be open they confirmed pool stayed open until 10pm so we booked for that night. Went to the pool after checking in and it was closed and locked, multiple families were there waiting for the pool to be opened. I went back to the front desk and she told me she just found out the pool is closed for the day. No concessions or sympathy.
They also charge $20 for parking but they do not take your plate info or give you a parking tag. It’s just a fake way to take more money from you.
There are plenty of hotels nearby, skip this one.

Stayed one night (Jan 17–18, 2026), booked via Booking.com, and overall very disappointed. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling (we have a child with asthma), heating issues overnight, and the indoor pool—our main reason for booking—was unusable due to freezing conditions with cold AC blasting in the middle of winter. Breakfast service was slow and inattentive, and paid parking ($17/night) was not disclosed on the booking site.

The AI customer service was terrible when I called with a question. The greeting at the front desk, the room, simply everything, more than made up for it.

Good clean hotel. The rooms seem updated, and the service was very prompt and helpful whenever we had a question. There was a large group starting on the same floor but we didn't seem to hear them in the room. Hotel has lots of options for conference space as well, and is very accessible from I-95.

TV had line through it, unable to watch anything
Complained about it, never fixed.
Room was inconsistent with heating. Was either too hot or cool. Toilet didn’t flush. Had to call maintenance for that too.
Restaurant was horrible. Cold food. Cold coffee.
Terrible service
Have always had good experiences but not this place. Find another place. I’ll never stay here again
Come every year but will definitely avoid those Marriott.

This is a really charming, clean hotel! I was honestly put off by some of the reviews (so we almost didn't stay here!) - but I have no idea what they were talking about - the staff was absolutely top notch. We had a great experience and everyone I spoke to was genuinely REALLY nice and accommodating.
The only bummer was that the pool was closed for maintenance (so sad! it looked really nice for a regular hotel pool), and there was nothing on the hotel page indicating that before we booked. So that was a bit annoying. Some of the treadmills in the fitness room were out of order too, so I let staff know.
Some folks traveling with us were a bit upset that the bar had closed early at night due to lack of people (earlier than their regular open hours).
Otherwise, super chill, calm, quiet, clean, simple hotel with really nice staff. Would stay again without hesitation.

I travel a TON for work and this hotel was amazing. Eunice at the front desk is so kind and helpful (they need to give her a raise!!!). I was very pleased with my whole experience and will be coming back!

If your looking for a calm and relaxing hotel just outside of Boston, this is the place for you. We stayed here one night for Boston College Family Weekend and enjoyed are stay. Some of our favorite aspects were the indoor swimming pool, huge tv in room, and comfortable beds. Some things we were a bit upset about were Saturday night we sat down and were not served. After 20 minutes we decided to call it quits and go get food down the street. Besides that and possibly the elevators and bath tub being a bit frustrated this was an awesome stay.

Small but comfortable rooms. Quiet hotel.
