My boyfriend and I went in just to get information on how to get him switched over from T-Mobile to AT&T with his new phone. Left in about 20 minutes with the help of the wonderful Ivy! He did such a great job explaining what we needed to do, and helping us set up the new phone. 10/10 experience!!
