I've been to the Tarklin Hill store before and it's always a good experience the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I always leave happy. If your looking for a AT&T store in New Bedford that you can go to without any problems this is the store for you

Poor customer service , i walked in as one of the employees was on the phone they didn't acknowledge me nor ask if i needed help . It wasn't till someone came out of the back to ask what they could help me with. As an older man just having questions about my phone I felt rushed . They made me stupid for not knowing some features about my phone, making it seem like I should already know these things. Having feeling more like a pain than a customer I decided to leave and head over to Dartmouth. The managers and staff at Dartmouth are doing things right , walked in and was greeted immediately , from there they informed me that my phone was super outdated and started going over phones that would be a better fit for me. I was able to get into a newer iPhone at a great rate!, they also informed me about direct tv and how it could save me more than my current provider . I now have direct tv and a new iPhone because I was knowledged in the correct manner , all the reviews here inform you to go to Dartmouth and I'm so happy I walked out and made that decision.

Let me just tell you something those boys on Kings Highway are amazing. Those sales representatives are not even have a waiting one minute. They jumped right into what they could do for us anyway they could do it and it really helped us out. We were not there long we got everything we need done fast, and I truly appreciate great Them

I was very unhappy with the customer service provided by management I believe the gentleman name was Philip I had to leave with my needs not met and will not be back again also in route to changing phone company due to the inconvenience.

I was at the New Bedford Store on Wednesday, 4/10/24 and had an awesome experience. I was helped by Gissely and Phillip. They were extremely patient with all my questions and worked hard to get me the perfect plan. Even though it was very close to closing time, I never felt rushed. I was transferring from a different provider and was very satisfied with the plan that I walked out of the store with. These two are very important employees because they instilled confidence in the AT&T product and made me feel like I was important to the company. Hang on to these two. Sue P.
