Worst Customer Service EVER. DO NOT EVER GET PICTURES DEVELOPED AT CVS. My daughter dropped off film to be developed the first week in December they told her it would be about 2wks and probably about 20.00. Well they just came in this week (which is well over a month) AND THEY CHARGED HER $70.00 FOR THEM. I was pissed I called the store they said they don't make the prices the company that developes the pictures does then I call corporate and they tell me there is nothing they can do I have to deal with the store. I'm f'n livid.

I’ve Been On The Phone Waiting For Someone To Answer For an Hour & 45 Minutes Now. Still No One. Even Though I’ve Been There In Person & Watched Them Ignore The Phones. This Isn’t The Only Thing I’ve Gone 7 days Without Vital Prescriptions Because They Didn't Have A Delivery & That’s Happened Every Month That I’ve Tried To Fill My Prescriptions. I Wait In Line In store & In Drive Thru Sometimes 2 Hours Just For Them To Say They Dont Have My Meds In Stock & Then It Takes days For A Delivery. CVS Is The Most Incompetent Pharmacy Ever. But This Is The Worst One By Far.

The particular prescription that I needed yesterday is on automatic refill at the Kempton Street CVS. I called to check if it's ready (just to be on the safe side) and the machine said it's "in process" which is concerning because sometimes that means they are out of a particular medication so I figured that I better call. I get through to a clerk who said they give precedence to people waiting in store and that they were so backed up that they were not filling auto refill medications. I told her that I'd be right there. I come in, wait 20 minutes in line, get to the front where she says it's not filled but she will put me in priority which should "only" take 25 minutes to a half hour. The last time that I had called in a prescription (not a medication that I had on auto refill) I gave over 24 hours notice, when I came in it wasn't filled and they asked me to wait in the waiting area. Instead of calling my name to the area where I was instructed to sit in, I can only assume they did a general call out from the dispensing area. After about 45 minutes I finally went up to ask and it was indeed ready, so because of this reason I chose to stand beside the area where the clerk was so I wouldn't miss them calling my name. It appeared to only be 3 people on and I overheard the clerk comment to another customer who mentioned seeing only 3 people that they ALWAYS cut back on the number of clerks at 3:30. That's insane. So, today I transferred all my prescriptions out of there and replaced them on Mychart. It's not the clerk or the pharmacists fault at all.

Hope you're not in a rush, IF they get the prescription right...you are lucky! Also tried to get home delivery and the website will NOT get me there.

It takes DAYS to fill my 7 year olds asthma medication. I always try to call before I head over and have to wait with 2 small children for them to fill the prescriptions but I end up on hold for 20-45 minutes to get hung up on. Tried to change to another CVS pharmacy and they won’t answer the phone either.

Overheard the people working at the pharmacy making fun of costumers. They also were imitating and mocking people who they have to fill prescriptions for. I was in absolute shock. When they saw me It didn't even phase them. They didn't even care that someone saw and heard what they were saying. They had absolutely no shame. Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER come to this CVS for anything. No wonder why this store has such BAD REVIEWS. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.

The pharmacy staff is clearly understaffed/overworked so the vibe in there is very negative. They never answer the phone and it takes hours if not days to fill perceptions even when the app says it will be ready by a certain time it will not. If you ask to wait they say it's over an hour. It's just a lot.

Hire sales associates like Donna on Kempton St in New Bedford. She was one of the nicest and most patient people I have ever dealt with in any retail service. She saw me come up with my 5 carts of times and looked at me and told me that we will get through this together and not to stress. Before I could stress when other customers commented on my size of purchase, she graciously offered that I was there purchasing items for a good cause. The computer system however was not very cooperative, and we ended up having to delete the whole order and started from scratch which caused me some stress, but she was not bothered at all. She jumped right back into it with ease!

I’ve tried to call this pharmacy so many times in the last few days and they literally do not pick up the phone. What the hell is up with that? You need to go in person. Ridiculous. Never had these issues with Walgreens and would continue to use them if my insurance would allow me to fill anywhere else. Idiotic.

Horrible! They NEVER answer the phone. On several occasions I attempted to speak to someone to expedite my RX, NO ANSWER. I drove there to be told they would have it ready in 1hr. And the rx was sent there 7 hrs earlier based on their text that it was "received "!!

It was a worst experience I have ever had with cvs, they definitely need to be trained. The employee didn’t code my prescription correctly, I waited 2 hours because of her mistake.

I am in complete shock at the lack of professionalism at this store. The pharmacy staff are very rude to the people who keep the doors open, the people who need help.someone needs to hold these guys responsible and train them. I plan on using my constitutional right in freedom of speech to stand outside the store with a sign telling the truth. I have two weeks vacation built up start respecting people start losing business. Keith is the only pharmacist in the store that has continuously went above and beyond they should really promote him and capitalize on his ability to be empathic.

I LOVED my late evening shopping excursion last night/early morning at the CVS at Kempton St. in New Bedford, MA.! The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly even though it was SO LATE (and you'd think they'd want to be home!) I was incredibly surprised how knowledgeable every employee was about each and every question I had. Come to think of it, I was probably one of those annoying, "pain-in-the-butt" customers. Lol! ? Either way, they were lovely & friendly towards me. I was having such a fun shopping trip, untilbI looked down and noticed my dead celly. I was nervous because I had to call an Uber, and one of the young gentlemen even allowed me to use his charger; RIGHT THERE IN THE STORE!! Lastly, my Rewards Card/phone number was under my exes number - we were together for 16 yrs., so we shared one -but, now I have my OWN dang ExtraBucks Card! Yay! Thanks, CVS, for hiring such EXCELLENT customers service employees: (two gentlemen and a lady - I REALLY wish I could recall their names so I could givevthem a "shout out" on here, and so they may please get a raise? PLEASE!?)Sincerely,Elizabeth T.

It has a great assortment of things you may need to pick up on your commute. The proving isn't great but the convenience and variety is there.
