U-Haul Moving & Storage at Rockdale Ave
105 Rockdale Ave, New Bedford MA 02740
“They always say there's always something to improve upon right? Well this time there isn't anything I can really point out! When I arrived, there was a truck waiting right out front, sadly I did not catch her name, but your counter person was fantastic! Positive, helpful, energetic, a pleasure to talk to. The truck was really nice, drive very smooth & responsive and excellent brakes. We arrived back, took a few minutes to get though return check in, and then all set! If i really had to knit pick something, disable the auto off in the truck when stopping. Once i figured out how to shut it off though it was fine. Thank you!”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Bedford
415 Mt Pleasant St, New Bedford MA 02746
“For Luis J I recently picked up a U-Haul truck and car dolly for a long drive from Fairhaven, MA to Norfolk, VA, and Luis J made the experience so much easier! He was super helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure I felt safe as a first-time U-Haul car hauling truck driver. Luis J genuinely cared about my safety, and it showed. His customer service was top-notch, making the pick-up process a breeze. The service I received from Luis J at the New Bedford UHauls location was 100 times better than what I experienced when dropping off the truck at the Monticello location in Norfolk, VA. Highly recommend working with Luis J if you need a U-Haul in the Fairhaven, MA area!”
