“I just want to thank the Dr and staff at TLC.
I recently had my dog neutered and it was worry and stress free from the drop off to the pickup and the communication kept us informed.
My dog healed immediately and had his appetite and spirt return just shortly after the procedure. It was amazing.
I have also had my other cat and dog treated there and it always simple.
And lastly, the price has always fit my budget.

“so in March, I had to put my dog bear down. He had cancer everywhere even in his brain and I just wanna give a shout out to Dr. Lavin. She’s very calming and peaceful and she even gave me a hug that meant a lot to me.? Also wanna give a shout out to Vicky she went above and beyond what a vet tech would do. She actually came to my house and Dropped off the paw, print for bear and the vile of his fur forever grateful that meant so much to me??? And also want to give another shout out to the vet tech I had today Finn, She explained everything very well multiple times because I was very upset. She remained very calm and very peaceful which made me feel at ease. And I think she would make a great vet someday???”

“Unfortunately I was in an emergency situation where I needed information for certain certifications and prices on items for my pet and when I called I was met with a very ignorant response by the receptionist who refused to even help me when it came down to explaining what I needed The doctors are lovely but the reception is an older woman who refused me any kind of assistance when it came to explanation”

“Every one of my experiences with Chase Farm Veterinary Hospital has been positive. The staff is wonderful in how it treats both the animals and owners. My dog was recently ill with a gastroenteritis, and I received three followup phone calls checking on how she was doing. This never happened with my previous vet. I feel very confident that they give my dog the best care available.”

“It is so relieving to have a local place that truly cares about the animals in its care. The doctor takes her time in explaining what she is seeing with your pets (and in plain terms that you can understand), and the techs are great at breaking down what needs to be done and what follow-up care or appointments are needed. The daycare gives my dog great exercise and a workout, and I appreciate that they try to keep her clean even when the weather outside is horrific. Price is what is; I'd love to pay less, but I appreciate they have a ton of staff around that need to eat. Still haven't found a better bargain in the area though.”
