Guests enjoy the indoor pool and the convenience of being close to downtown and the ferry to Cuttyhunk Island. However, some improvements are suggested, such as better signage about room amenities, fixing minor maintenance issues like leaking tubs, and extending pool hours beyond 9 pm. There is also a desire for pool access to be included with all room rentals, rather than being restricted to certain bookings.
