Decent! Booked the 2 jacuzzi suites for a night! Rooms and rates are good but some things I think need to be addressed. I was under the impression that both rooms had a heart shaped jacuzzi, however only one did. The other room had a purple-ish jacuzzi shaped like a seashell. Not the end of the world, but I figure people should know that only 1 jacuzzi suite has the heart shaped tub. Also in one of the suites, the shower tub was leaking but when it was addressed to the front desk they said they were aware of it. This hotel has been undergoing a series of renovations including all the rooms (our suites were very recently redone) and all around the property, so I'm sure all things that are currently not in the best condition will get fixed. What else do I think needs attention? Some of the doorways into the main building were locked, so everytime we had to use the main entrance in the front of the building which was a walk from our rooms (our rooms were in the back of the property). I think the indoor pool should close later than the 9pm time (at least 10 or 11pm). It would also be nice if they had some breakfast option in the morning too (either continental style or maybe Ryan's Pub serving breakfast). Will I stay here again, YES! Oh, I think I forgot to say that the front desk staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! Thank you Whaler!!

Clean rooms. April made our stay the best by helping w/luggage, taxi info, suggesting great breakfast place & the Whaling Museum! Ryan's pub has great food & drinks, amazing bartenders, fun entertainment & pool tables galore. We loved our stay & Lisa was so helpful as well. Kudos to all ?. We're off to Cuttyhunk Island which is only a Ferry ⛴ ride away from Downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts.

As usual this place is very clean, and affordable. One thing I do not like is that if you rent a regular room, that u still do not get access to the pool. Kinda lame and cheap if u ask me. Just let everyone go to pool if they rent a room. Do not withhold good from paying customers just to get more money.

The pictures on the website do not represent how this place actually looks.. the place is falling apart with holes in the ceilings and just dirty. The only positives is that the parking lot is huge and there’s a gas station right down the street for coffee in the morning. Would not recommend this place.

I can't rate your fist 2 because I went there to see my friends band play there for there first gig together, I have not been there in years, place looks good and they accommodated a large group of people,no would definitely come back

The hot tub rooms are really nice but the housekeeping is in definite need of better trainingFood & drinks: Ryan's pub inside the motel has great food at a great price fast and friendly service. Nice atmosphere

The front desk staff were very friendly.. she gave my children lollipops and she answered all of our questions and gave us extra towels which was really sweet of her.. our room was roomy & cozy & the bathroom was decent.. I wish they had monthly rates. Wouldn’t mind staying there at all.. thank you and I definitely plan on staying there again soon ?

This place is the cheapest around for a reason. I bet in its heyday, these walls have seen some fun.. if only they could talk.... Right now, they'd be saying.. "we need some maintenance!". Not sure who took those pics, but they should get an award. My room definitely didn't look like that. Get past all that tho, and the staff is super friendly and (my room) was clean. The bed needed replaced about 5yrs ago, the mattress in my sleeper is comfier. Great bar next door too! I'll be back, but with my hopes a little more in check ??

Worst place oh and forgot to say when we first checked in the shade was broke the lady at front desk had the nerve to ask was it like that when you got the room don't you have a housekeeping manager to overseas this $500 and some not worth it well goes to show with my pics they don't clean there rooms but have the nerve to inspect the room before u checkout to get your 100 back but they rent u a SHITHOLE WORSE PLACE

I feel really comfortable here. Tina and her son are amazing. I came in first for info and she walked me thru all my options and prices, found me the perfect room, and was really really nice. So glad I ended up staying here?

Nice location. Mall is nearby with lots of restaurant options. Staff is courteous and helped us when we forgot some stuff in the room. Rooms were clean with nice hot showers.

This place has terrible internet if you have a room way in the back. I went to the pub last night and waited over 40 minutes for a waiter to not come over and i had to walk to the bar to get any customer service. The bed is broken and can’t even handle much weight on it. We also had to practically beg them to give us towels.
