I was doing a trade in and they swapped tires for me and while I waited both Chris and Tom got everything sorted for me. Was a very seamless process and I got in and out in a timely fashion although I could have spent hours in there drooling over all the bikes they have ?. The owner fixed my tire in 5 minutes, showed me a good trick for putting the wheel back on, let me use the bathroom and generally was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He also helped a couple of other customers while I was waiting for my riding partner to join me and I could tell he knew what he was talking about.
