The equipment is very old, no rowing machines & several of the treadmills don’t work properly like can’t increase the speed. Planet fitness is only $10 but much newer better equipment & cheaper.

I love Vanguard gyms because of the convenience and easy access at the hours I need. I like that there are no gimics or personal trainers harrassing you to sign up for a program. No juice bars or instagram influencers shooting their videos. Just good equipment and everything you need to have a great workout. Always clean and maintained.

Used to love it here. Now it is constantly filled with high school kids and youngerFor every 1 of them that has a membership, let's 4-5 of their friends in through the back door. And then they let in a friend or two. It's become overrun with disrespectful teens.

Goodluck trying to go any time between 4 - 7PM, it gets extremely busy.After 7 is usually decent and before 6 AM is quiet.
