After they performed their checks, Mike went over all the inspection points clearly and pointed out where they identified the minor issues. They said it would take 90 minutes but they completed their work by 60 minutes. Mike was also kind enough to come to our car and explain the usage of some of the features as we asked questions. “Today I went to a new mechanic, the owners name is Koko and his company is called Foreign and Domestic Auto Service in Medford. His phone number is 781-391-0808. I had to have my front brakes replaced in my Toyota and the service was organized, quick, and very courteous. Mr. Koko had a smile on his face the whole time I was there which wasn't very long. In my 58 years I have never had such a remarkable experience with an automobile mechanic at such a reasonable price for my repairs. I met Suna who is the owner. I explained my concern and left the car. He called later that morning and said the technician found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable too. I will be back in the future for state inspections and other repairs. Suna seems very honest so I would love to give him my business and have peace of mind that everything will get done properly and priced fairly.”
