“My husband works in Newton Center and ran over a nail not far from his office. He didn’t think he could safely drive back to Brookline on the tire, and we didn’t want to bother with a tow, so we left it with the attendant after hours and figured we’d hear from them the next day. We weren’t sure if the tire could be patched or if we’d be looking at a replacement.
The next morning, my husband stopped by in person to check in. Turns out, the car was already done and they were just about to call us. They’d plugged and patched the tire for $45.
Normally I’d want a call before any work gets done, but this was a small fix at a fair price, and I’m glad they just handled it. It’s also possible the attendant gave them the go-ahead, hard to say. Either way, they were quick, did solid work, and didn’t overcharge us.
People sometimes complain about the gas prices here, but the mechanic side of the shop seems legit and professional.”

“My experience was beyond good. My elderly mothers car broke down in the late after noon. We had the car towed there. They fixed it before closing and treated us like family. The price was incredibly reasonable for the work. From this day foward all my family cars are going to jack. Just incredible!!!!”

“Great experience. I booked online, they responded quickly over email to say everything I needed done could be done (50K tune up, fix a flat, new tires). Drop off was easy, there was plenty of parking. They were fast, communicative. As a bonus, unrelated to the tuneup my front bumper was being held on by tape after a fender bender. I didn't ask them to fix it, but they reinstalled it for me free of charge, and they refilled my wiper fluid. Nice folks.”

“I needed an oil pan replacement, oil chance and inspection on my car so I dropped it off here in the morning. Work was done before the end of the day for a very reasonable price, and I think they actually fixed something else wrong with my engine because it was no longer making a strange idling sound when I picked it up. Came in to fix suspension and parking brake shoes and he ended up also changing service brakes and rotors for very reasonable additional price. “I had a nail in one of the tires on the work vehicle. I am unfortunately obligated by work to take the car to their place to be fixed however I needed air till I get there. A white man with dark blonde hair was so kind and professional about it. He added air to all tires and pointed out to where the nail was. This interaction took place sometime in the winter. I was poorly dressed and exhausted after a medical shift. I asked if I can pay for the air and he refused. I highly recommend the services here.”
