“This guys an actual hero! I live an hour away and had a dr appointment in needham today. On my way to the appt my (driver side) windshield wiper broke in half in the pouring rain which is my worst nightmare. After my appointment, I spend $60 on new wipers and think I’m good to hit the road.. wrong. My driver side windshield wiper was misaligned and almost broke as soon as I turned it on. I walk into auto zone where the guy who helped me put the wipers on tells me he doesn’t know what to do and to find an auto body shop (drat! foiled again) I pull into this guys shop soaking wet … mind you, this is a collision and auto body center where they’re painting cars all around me. I walk up to the owner, panicked and half crying and tell him what’s going on. He fixed my windshield in 5 minutes without even a huff or a puff. Sent me on my way home without even charging me for the help. THANK YOU!!! thank you for restoring my faith in good people still being out there. You saved my day!”
“Mytireguys got me out of a pinch (pun intended) after I discovered a pothole had damaged my tire and left a bulging sidewall. When I called in, Jake worked with me to set up an appointment quickly even though the specific tire I needed was not in stock and had to be ordered. Julio arrived and was professional, fast and took great care of my Audi S5. He checked and inflated the rest of my tires and made sure everything was ready to go. I'll definitely be using them again, and bonus points for being my neighbors as a local business here in Needham :)”

Took my Prius in after someone crunched the front bumper at a grocery store parking lot and Mike was able to give me a SPOT ON estimate for what the repair would be out of pocket. Despite spending over an hour of his own time and resources, he gave our batter a clean bill of health and refused payment of any kind. Not sure I’ve ever had such a positive experience when it comes to auto care. I know where I’m going from now on!”

“When my hybrid car suddenly died on I-95, this was the nearest service station recommended by the towing guy. I had never used Needham Shell before, but they investigated and fixed this issue in a day, including sending someone to a Hyundai dealer to fetch a part, with good communication/updates throughout the process. Later, Joey was very helpful in getting me the documentation I needed to reclaim expenses from Hyundai. I would definitely use them again.”
