“I recently had them work on my Tesla, after a fender bender, and I was very happy with the overall experience with them. The process was very smooth - Peter was a huge help to me. He helped navigate me through the insurance and claim process and kept me informed the whole way. When I got my car back, the cleaning and detailing process was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of work on their cars. They were terrific!”

“George and his team were fantastic with helping repair both of my parents’ cars and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and transparent about what each vehicle needed. I never felt like we were being pressured into unnecessary repairs, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understood our options. Highly recommend!”

“I had a small gap in my right front bumper that wasn't seated correctly by the dealer. I brought it over to Needham Collision, and in 10 minutes the technician (Derrick) basically fixed it by inserting a more robust bolt underneath, which narrowed the gap (it's now nearly undetectable). The best part, he didn't charge me for his effort. Nice guy, good service, and I will definitely be a return customer!”

“Mike at Echop Bridge Auto Repair is wonderful! Took my Prius in after someone crunched the front bumper at a grocery store parking lot and Mike was able to give me a SPOT ON estimate for what the repair would be out of pocket. He took my car in on a Monday morning and we had it back by Friday morning! Mike did an awesome job and my car has never looked better. He communicated everything to us so well I knew exactly what was going on and there were no hidden fees or worries. As long as I live in Massachusetts I'll be taking my car to Mike at Echo Bridge.”

“I had a dead battery and George was amazing, he came to our house and gave it a jumpstart and also ran numerous tests to ensure a healthy battery. Despite spending over an hour of his own time and resources, he gave our batter a clean bill of health and refused payment of any kind. Not sure I’ve ever had such a positive experience when it comes to auto care. I know where I’m going from now on!”

“My tire suddenly started leaking, and while I was anxiously looking for a repair shop that was still open, a handsome guy here helped me without asking for anything in return. I feel like a place that treats strangers this kindly is probably a reliable one.”

“I've been going to Jack for repairs since we moved to Needham, 25 years ago. I quickly learned that I could trust him to tell me what needs to be done and, almost more importantly, what does NOT need to be done, at least not immediately. They often say 'that can wait until your next oil change' or something similar. They do good work and have fair prices. They have also, more than once, resolved an emergency for me. Jack and his crew have become my friends. Steve”

“When my hybrid car suddenly died on I-95, this was the nearest service station recommended by the towing guy. I had never used Needham Shell before, but they investigated and fixed this issue in a day, including sending someone to a Hyundai dealer to fetch a part, with good communication/updates throughout the process. Later, Joey was very helpful in getting me the documentation I needed to reclaim expenses from Hyundai. I would definitely use them again.”
