Love, love, love everyone at this location, and Deedee is THE BEST. I stopped in to pick up some skincare and talked with Deedee about what I was using, my skin, what I was looking for in products and she helped direct me towards what would be a good fit and give me the best results. She wasn't focused on selling me the most expensive items, she genuinely cared about my happiness and wanted to make sure I had what I needed and would work best. I picked up a few things and she happily gave me samples of things to try that I was on the fence about. All of the recommendations were outstanding, my skin looks great. Also, the store specific line, Lune & Aster, is fantastic!

Great products but the stuff is rude, not helpful and ignorant. I have been a customer for several years and not even once I received a good customer service at Chestnut Hill store.

The merchandise mix appears to be broad with lots of options and the environment is pleasant; The service /staff is mediocre..not very helpful nor very happy to be there it seemed.

I have been to the store a couple of times. Both times there was a woman there that is extremely rude. She talks down to customers. Unless you are there to spend hundreds of dollars, she acts as if you are annoying her. Terrible customer service. For such a lovely store with so many Great products, they should be ashamed. I would recommend ordering online, or if you do need to go into the store, the Dedham location is a whole different experience.

I generally love Bluemercury but I've never been to this one before. I love it because the staff is always so helpful which I need when navigating through all of their products. I went into this store and it seemed like there was only one sales associate helping people and there were three other people ahead of me. She didn't stop to let me know it would be a few minutes - I was just totally ignored. I'd expect this at many of the other makeup chains but not here. My advice is to avoid this store and make the trip downtown to the one on Newbury street.

One of the worst facials I've had. My esthetician did not ask me if she could add on things that were going to increase the price and just casually mentioned them as if they were included in the facial I had booked. The extractions were very rough because there was no steam so now my face looks worse than when I came in. So disappointed not to have a post facial glow!

Extremely rude staff. My husband paid for a $35 body wash and walked out to get the car while I was still looking at product. One of the sales assistants yelled at him and said he couldn’t leave and he asked her why and showed her the receipt. Even after showing her the receipt she had the audacity to make a face and not apologize. I’ve bought products for hundreds of dollars here and this kind of classist behavior is not okay.

Never been treated so rudely by a sales associate before. Blonde, short older lady named “Don” or “Dawn”. Entitled, only wanted sales and visibly rude to her coworkers as well. Never shopping here again. Stay away if she’s there, Boston friends.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Extremely rude and obnoxious staff. My husband purchased a $35 body wash and proceeded to get the car while I was still looking at products. Another sales assistant yelled at him that he couldn't leave, after which my husband showed her the receipt. Even after this she had the audacity to make a face and not apologize. I've spent hundreds of dollars there and safe to say will not be going back to a lousy store where they don't respect their customers.
