I knew when I had called to schedule my complementary fitting that she was going to be amazing, and I was proven right when I showed up in person for my appointment. Jill was extremely kind, very thorough, answered any questions or concerns I had with patients and knowledge. Very professional and just all around a wonderful person. You can tell this woman enjoys what she does and helping clients find the right fit. 10/10 recommend!!”

My appointment was meant to be a casual first visit to start figuring out what I liked, since I really didn’t have a clear dress vision yet and hadn’t even planned to have family there. I truly did not expect to find my dress that day- but I did!
Kaitie was incredible. She was so easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel comfortable, fun, and completely low pressure. Based on a few inspiration photos, she pulled dresses that really fit me and helped me find one I completely fell in love with.
What made the experience even more special was that once we realized it was the dress, Kaitie made time the very next morning for my mom and sister to come in from New York for one final reveal before I said YES!

“I live in Canada and bought my dress at L’elite in Boston while visiting my aunt. My only concern was how many trips I’d need for fittings—but the team handled everything perfectly.
We started Thursday and finished Saturday afternoon. They completed my Monique ball gown, my sister’s beaded dress, and my mother’s dress beautifully. The in-house designer suggested changes to my mother’s gown that made it more sophisticated and flattering.
I truly appreciate the entire L’elite team—from the showroom to tailoring. Their 40+ years of experience deserve 5 stars!”

“This is a very late review for services I received in August, but Bella is a lifesaver. I had a strict budget and bought my dream wedding dress made of ivory Mikado silk on a used website and the bust area ended up being way too small. I contacted three other seamstresses - one said it was going to be a difficult, time consuming job when she was already busy and offered a less than ideal solution that would totally alter the look of the dress, one charged an absurd amount of money, and the last said the materials would be impossible to find and didn’t even want to attempt it. I was pretty much about to give up when I found Bella, who was very busy with other customers but took the time to look at the dress and said very confidently that she could fix it by adding a corset. I asked if the materials would be hard to find and she said she already had them, and charged me a very reasonable price. We did have a few issues with timing, but I still received my dress before my wedding, she made the most beautiful corset with perfectly matched material, and it actually added an extra princess feel to the dress. I was thrilled. Thank you Bella!”
“Bonnie is an absolute professional and I would highly recommend her services. I bought my wedding dress secondhand hoping to not need alterations, but I ended up needing a few things done. Bonnie not only helped with the things that I requested (making the bust area smaller and the waist slightly larger) but she also suggested some improvements I didn’t even consider that overall improved the dress (removing 2 layers of tulle and reinforcing the bustle loops). She did all of this with an amazingly fast turnaround of 1 week! I will try to remember to upload photos of her work after my wedding.”

Before the appointment, they provided an online portal where I could select dress options that I was interested in trying on.
The store itself is modern, organized and clean and really makes you feel like a bride. It was so fun trying on dresses and the team is very professional.
I ordered my dress in August 2024 for a scheduled pickup in February 2025. Everything was on time and their communication was great. They recommended All Fit Tailoring on Newbury for alterations which was also amazing. They really care about their brides at Ceremony and it shows!”

“I went to Chhabra to look for outfits to wear to my first Indian Wedding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and attentive. They found me beautiful outfits made of gorgeous fabrics and then helped select accessories to match. They spent time teaching me about Indian traditions and what to expect at each event. I feel so much more at ease and excited about the upcoming ceremonies. They moved mountains to do last minute alterations, relieving so much of my anxiety. The dresses look beautiful on me.
