“Our office purchased a Sony radio in 1985. Over the years it served us well for almost 40 years but, like all of us it started to age. Harder to find stations disappeared, static on some and sometimes just shutting itself off. Looking around nothing stood up to the Sony that seemed well built. We looked into West Suburban...which was slightly scary at first glance. In discussing the problems and the brand with Boris, he reassured us about the reliability of the brand and perhaps simplicity of the repair, gave us an idea of price and timing. Within a week he called explained the work had been simple - switches and cleaning, the cost reasonable. Once back in the office it's working just like 1986. We have another we'll be sending over shortly.”

“Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix seem personably-outgoing and technically-proficient. Kean replaced my laptop's screen--parts they warranteed for one year--replaced the storage drive with a larger and compatible SSD I'd bought from Amazon, and copied all my files. When excluding the cost of the drive, the repair cost about $330, which was 60% of Best Buy's Geek Squad estimate of $550. Additionally, Kean found a warped battery that could have ruined my computer, and I paid about another hundred for him to replace it, also having a warrantee--well-worth the cost, considering what the old battery could have damaged. I also told them the stylus had stopped working, which Kean got working--didn't even charge me. My job wasn't even an easier one, due to the BitLocker encryption on my original Windows 11 drive he didn't initially know about, but they did not raise their quote, and they kept me fully informed about the job status. Geek Squad would have charged me tons more for all of this. Going with Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix helped me a lot. I'm happy.”

Very trustworthy business, I'm so very glad to have a local shop to go to for repair vs. paying the Apple store or buying new gadgets unnecessarily.”

“I called EVERY shop within a 5 mile radius. This one is the best. They repaired my samsung s24+ when no one else was willing to. The screen came apart from the casing after i blew air in the charge port when i get a water warning. 1 shop i wont mention told me the phone is trash.

“I had a screen issue that rendered my S24 Ultra unusable. I brought the phone to uBreakiFix and Patrick, who was the customer interface, performed diagnostics and stated that a screen replacement would fix the issue. I came back first thing the next day to drop off the phone with Patrick and the fix was completed ahead of schedule.

My TV suddenly stopped powering on, I tried all the troubleshooting possible and nothing worked.Tony took the a look at the hardware and quickly recognized the motherboard not functioning. Ordered the part and repaired it on the next visit.Really nice guy and very reasonable prices for the work. Saved me from buying a new TV which I’m super grateful for.
