“Exceptional customer service! The assistant manager, Steven, cares about every single customer. I have walked into the store several times with weird, atypical requests and they have helped me every time. They also have great inventory. If you need a hardware store and want to feel like you matter, go here.”

“I recently purchased locks for our house. Rich and Susan are both great. They helped with quickly ordering what I need. When the order has come in, they organized the packages with clear identification of which door they belong to, so I did not have to do this myself for the contractors. And when the jamb size of the lock was wrong due to my error, they replaced it right away at no charge. I highly recommend this place!”
