“I recently purchased locks for our house. Rich and Susan are both great. They helped with quickly ordering what I need. When the order has come in, they organized the packages with clear identification of which door they belong to, so I did not have to do this myself for the contractors. And when the jamb size of the lock was wrong due to my error, they replaced it right away at no charge. I highly recommend this place!”

“I didn't catch his name, but the lovely gentleman at the front saved my kayaking adventure. The lock I have securing the kayak to my roof failed, so I came in for bolt cutters. When he heard what I needed them for he came out and got the job done! They may have lost a small sale, but have gained a big fan!”
