Jodie was fantastic! She was so patient while helping me and other customers and she provided excellent customer service throughout! She kindly assisted me with dropping off times for hemming and repair, treating me with genuine kindness and respect. I truly appreciated her help!

Emma was really nice and accommodating. Excellent service. Only complaint is that the gear here is REALLY expensive, so glad I won a $200 gift card at a rowing competition. If I end up really liking what I got then I'll end up coming back for more stuff here and there. That being said, the shorts and shirts I got are quite comfy from what I tried in the store.

Unfortunately, the Lululemon store at Chestnut Hill has taken a downturn since the new manager arrived. It used to be a really nice place with super friendly staff and managers, but now things have changed. The new manager isn't as pleasant – witnessed some extremely rude behavior towards customers. Missing the old crew and hoping the store gets back to being great like it used to be.

“Assistant store manager” declined to process my return with no logical reason given.I asked her if we could just try to process it because I was here yesterday and it worked perfectly… she declined and said there was a “new system update installed today that won’t allow the return”I drove to another lululemon store and they had no issue and confirmed that the “assistant store manager” at the other store had given me incorrect information and basically denied my return for “no reason”.I would love to know why I was rudely denied and quickly dismissed by the “assistant manager” (Girl with black hair and freckles…) as there was no system update confirmed by the manager at another store….

Have been shopping at this location for years. Typically I have very pleasant experiences here. Must have caught them on an “off” day recently. I wish people could remember that being willing to listen to a customer and empathize with them goes a long way. The manager drastically changed her tone when I called over the phone to complain vs when she was “helping” me in the store. Was basically told “tough luck” in the store and then the same manager poured to me over the phone about how sorry she was about my poor customer service experience. The attitude and lack of care really put a bad taste it my mouth and made me feel less than. It was an embarrassing experience for me. I highly recommend the Wellesley store who worked with me to get a return label for my items that I was unable to return in store and spoke to customer service over the phone with me and then asked me if there was anything else they could do.

Had a really positive experience shopping at this Lululemon! Caroline was a very friendly, kind, & patient employee. Hunter went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. What a great team!!

Nicest staff I’ve ever experienced in a store. I wish I could just hang out with the employees all day. Camille helped me pick out awesome quality pieces, she’s like a mind reader in terms of what you need and also helped suggest great ideas about new colors and styles. The manager on the day I shopped was so incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t say enough good things!
