your pt aidan was very unprofessional when speaking to my girlfriend. i dont want to get into too much details however im very disappointed because i go here very often and i wanted my gf to expierience this gym but not anymore.

I love this gym, the instructors, the community, and the other gym members. The heavy bag workouts are seriously challenging but all levels, ages and abilities are welcomed.

Amazing old school boxing gym with tough, rewarding workouts. The trainers are all excellent, especially Mark, of course. Check it out.
