They have never lost any of my packages, and one day I forgot a signed blank check at their counter… they looked me up and called me immediately to let me know about the check, I went back and grabbed it. Basically saved me from a major disaster. Love them all to pieces!”

“So I went here before Christmas when holiday shipping was very hectic, et al. I got a package and did not realize it was a gift from a family member at first/thought it was credit card fraud actually, and to make a long story short--I started a return on the gift--the gift was returned to the online site via Happy Returns and I was directed to the Fedex office at 10 Post Office square. Now there are a few Fedex offices around Post Office Square in the Financial District and I overshot (my fault) and had to walk back This Fedex office is on the end of the park near the Langham hotel -- nearer to the Quincy Market side of the District. Inside they were short staffed but they were trying, the young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient and she also paused to help someone else who needed help with a self service question--copier/loading the paper/where he could find it, et al. It all went smoothly, I was a bit worried b/c no receipt but the family member emailed me to tell me the return went through/all was well. This was my limited experience here but it was a positive one.”

“I got exceptional service here today. Everyone was being helped so nicely. My clerk was super. He really made sure that I felt assured. Solopreneurs and writers such as myself rely on FedEx and FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers. We need wild and weird things done. Our specs for parcels can be weird. Sometimes, I have something ready early, so I send it slow.Today, I was aiming for 3 to 5 business days, and they were able to deliver to my ideal day and time. Wow. Had I only asked! It was great to have someone make sure we got things right multiple times, and there was nothing but patience and professionalism.Then he was on a quest for perfection!At the end, we learned I had cheat notes I could have shared to make things easier. I forgot in my disarray. The clerk was still so cool, and even thought it was funny. He painstakingly took every atom of the address label seriously and really cared. There was zero resentment. What a nice way to approach life!It was a unique and rare experience, and I'm glad I had it!Thank you!”

“My experience was great!The gentleman at the counter was awesome and told me everything I needed to know about getting my package sent out. I understand why some of the customers may get mad but you have to understand that this is company is inside of an establishment (SHERATON HOTEL ?). So NO ONE can be mad because you're getting charged 10 dollars or more depending on the weight to send a package. Come on people it's COMMON SENSE!!!Anyway I wanted to say great job FEDEX!!!”

I've been happy with Carlos for years and recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, who went out of his way to make sure my large-format retractable posters were not pixilated, which they would have been had he just processed the low-res file I sent and said nothing. I was welcomed by one employee who pointed me to the self scanners, then another employee noticed I was having some confusion scanning and helped me out on how to do just that!Then the printing, the lady working was very informative and helped me in the time we could get these print done asap.
