Avoid the manager Brandon at ALL COSTS!!!! He was unbelievably rude to me and my 85-year-old mother!!!! To be treated the way we were treated was horrible!! Spoke to us in a very condescending voice like he just didn’t like his job and didn’t want to be there. We all have bad days, but to treat a customer the way he did was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had!!!!!! And then to make matters worse, he told all of his employees in the store to not help us!!! I just cannot believe we were treated like that. Off to the Apple store where they know how to talk to their customer

Sophia really knows her stuff and explains it well. Doesn't just tell us stuff she thinks we want to hear or say things in hopes we'll ask fewer questions. Quickest most productive visit!

Avoid due to extreme incompetence. Went in to upgrade my phone. They didn’t have a model I wanted in stock, so they said they would ship it to me. Fine. The representative went into the back room to complete the transaction online. He came out a half hour later and had to start all over. He then had to start it again. After two hours, he was finally done and placed the order. The problem is that he put in the wrong address even though I told him the address three times. He couldn’t cancel the order. Finally, his supervisor came over and finally cancelled the order. No new phone for me, which was going to be a Christmas present. Furthermore, my account is frozen for “24 to 48 hours,” so I can’t go to another store with more competent employees to get the phone. Even though they said they cancelled my order, there currently is a pending charge on my credit card. Let’s see if they remove that. Let’s also see if they end up shipping the phone to the wrong address. Finally, the store manager said my account would receive an “inconvenience credit.” I’m not holding my breath. Avoid this store at all costs.

Could not get the sound on my phone to work...
Tried lots of fixes. Nothing worked.
Ryan at chestnut hill took 3 mins to fix.
Was super nice and didn't make me feel stupid or try too sell me a new phone.

Went to get a new phone and was offered a promo for a "free" samsung watch. My fault for trusting the person working and didn't realize it was with an additional line and the watch could not be returned after 30 days. I got the phone and watch because I was taking a long vacation. By the time I realized there was an additional line I tried reaching out to Verizon support and they told me they me I could return the watch. I went to a different store that was closer at the time and they told me despite what support told me there would be no way for any verizon store to take the watch back after 30 days.
I called support this time and they also told me no go after 30 days. Now I'm stuck with a watch that I don't use or like and stuck paying extra watch line on my bill which is going to increase next month apparently.
The day I purchased the new phone, there was another customer complaining to the same person helping me on another issue that seemed to be the sales person's fault. That should've been my warning to leave but I needed a new phone asap for my trip.

Destiny at the Chesnut Hill location was a rock star. She quickly helped answer all my questions and helped me decide on what devices and services best suited my needs. I appreciated that she did not try and upsell me but instead suggested items specifically for my lifestyle. The best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. This location is leaps and bounds better than the Framingham one. Will be back for sure!

The advertising is very misleading. The phone is not free and the monthly bills high. Much more expensive than my current plan.

Worse rudest service ever. I followed the rules and scanned the qr code to get in line. I waited and then a white woman walked in. The manager walked up and asked if she needed help. Totally ignored me until I pointed out I was next. She said " I am just checking people in" and walked away. All of the other customers in the store were white. I watched her go out of her way to help them and continue to ignore me. Her name is Maggie and she presents as a black woman. I am a black woman. Her white male colleague tried to justify serving the white woman before me because she had been there an hour before, left and came back. So I asked why did I bother to sign in with the qr code when I could have walked up like her out of no where and get service. He had nothing to say. Suffice it to say I will not be buying a new phone there or going ever again. I do want to thank Chris, black man, who hel0ed me with a new SIM.

I have had to come here a couple times to deal with phone stuff and each time I've been here they have been helpful and efficient and I didn't have to wait long.

My wife and I are long time Verizon customers. We went into the Chestnut Hill, MA store to review our plan and buy new phones. The saleswoman Marie was very attentive. However when we had a question for the manager he treated us quite rudely, lecturing me about the cost of his employees time, evidently unaware that my time is valuable as well. We left. The next day we signed in with a competitor for the same service, new phones and much lower cost.
