“Tony is the best! Go and ask for Tony; he will take good care of you. He is friendly, soft-spoken, and has the perfect attitude. Unlike many other body shops where they can be pushy, Tony stands out. I had a Hyundai and was in a pretty big car accident. “I had my car repaired last month at DBA Auto Body in Walpole, and it was a very pleasant experience. All the people I interacted with at the shop, the owner, front desk, technicians, they all were courteous, open to communication, truthful and efficient. No misunderstandings, good communication and honest work. Smooth handling of paperwork, too, zero hassle. Calling the shop during their working hours always got someone answering the phone, from the first call. The repair was done faster than initially estimated, and done well: perfect color matching and no functional issue - I am writing this review three weeks after the repair, any possible issues had enough time to manifest. They also detailed the car, surprisingly well done. Well-deserved five stars rating. By the way, they never asked me for, not even mentioned about leaving them a review.”

“Unfortunately, I have had to seek Darryl's help more than once (never my fault!). What stood out to me the most was how he communicated what needed to be done, called to say when the insurance adjustor came, when parts were ordered, etc. which is very rare these days to be kept abreast throughout the process. Most importantly, one would never be able to tell the car was hit from behind at 60 mph. Could not have been happier from start to finish!!”

“Greatest people I ve ever met in car accessory repair maintenance industry: Danny Mitch, Daniel and Tom and another boy. I will describe from different scales
#1 Customer service Skills: Instead of sweet words themselves, they care about customers and totally think from customer perspective, treating my truck as theirs. A typical example: I asked them to get a front bump on for fancy purpose, but when Danny took a look of my truck he said “no” coz otherwise sensors gonna be blocked and alerts sharp sounds etc…
Another example: I asked Danny to level up my clearance and get spring shock absorber and break crabs, of course rejected by him, simple reason being wasting my money.
# 2dedicated to work: totally unlike those slack/lazy ass I have seen in Canada, Danny’s group are working intensively at a great pace, dedicated to and highly concentrated to there jobs, and make efficient and effective use of their time.
#3 great personality: friendly patient and great communication with each of the group member. Here, I found Mitch has the potential to be a talk show star at any time point. I really enjoy communicating with the group.
#4 technical skills: from the handling of the tools, to the adjustment of lights buttons; and from working underneath my truck to helping me bedding space for tires. I can tell they are infinitely close to “perfect” and they are life long learners who love reading and someone is aimed and ambitious to be a fire fighter.
I drove from Toronto Ontario Canada to Norwood Boston area. Asked why do not do truck works in great Toronto area? Simple reasons: better work and nicer people here.”
