“I had my car repaired last month at DBA Auto Body in Walpole, and it was a very pleasant experience. All the people I interacted with at the shop, the owner, front desk, technicians, they all were courteous, open to communication, truthful and efficient. No misunderstandings, good communication and honest work. Smooth handling of paperwork, too, zero hassle. Calling the shop during their working hours always got someone answering the phone, from the first call. The repair was done faster than initially estimated, and done well: perfect color matching and no functional issue - I am writing this review three weeks after the repair, any possible issues had enough time to manifest. They also detailed the car, surprisingly well done. Well-deserved five stars rating. By the way, they never asked me for, not even mentioned about leaving them a review.”

What stood out to me the most was how he communicated what needed to be done, called to say when the insurance adjustor came, when parts were ordered, etc. which is very rare these days to be kept abreast throughout the process.
