“I mostly deal with them on them over the phone, they are always very helpful when needing answers to complex questions. The few times I have had work done, it went very well and they did the job right the first time. That being said, since they are straight out busy with so many customers, the lead time can be quite long sometimes. Overall a great company to do business with.”
“I locked my keys in my car so I used my boyfriends truck the ball joint broke I had technican 195-Chris D through AAA I would recommend to have him everytime if I could he was very polite and easy to deal with and talk to I usually do reviews but I’ve had AAA themselves once and I didn’t have the same experience he helped with everything he could he really did go above and beyond I wish of anything was to happen again I’d get this company I’ve never had AAA til this yr it definitely comes in handy hopefully this is the right place I’m writing the review for I put assured towing newbedford ? so hopefully it is”

They also worked with my insurance company adjuster to ensure correct replacement parts were used. DBA performed exceptional job repairing my Mercedes C63 AMG front end damage. There quality of work is outstanding. My car looks as good or better than new. The repair was challenging as many incorrect parts were shipped by Mercedes. DBA identified and resolved these issues.
