Cheshire, MA DG is one of the best I've been in throughout the country. Still, upper management clearly cares more about moving cheap merchandise than its customers, and the customers don't seem to mind.”

“Staff is nice. Management philosophy understaffs location (not just this store - only way for employees to catch up, it seems, is if someone stocks shelves on their own time), forcing the store to have unstocked shelves and boxes all over the place. Every time I visit, employees are not at register but out on floor stocking. No other store forces employees to do both. I hope they are paid more than other retail stores because they definitely work harder.”

“This store is a great resource for many local people as well as those who pass through our town from surrounding areas and States for we boarder both NY, and MA. The store is clean ,friendly and organized far more the others that I have been in . It's a little congested right now with all the new adjustments and expansion in inventory, but I'm confident they will get it into shape . The only complaint I have is that I wish the merchandise was not from China but rather from our country where jobs are needed as well as business to keep our Nation growing . We give other countries to much of the business, And not enough to our own country that is struggling to stay afloat.”

“This store have loreal, nutragena and other expensive creams( moisturizer for face) you know those creams that in other stores are 30. Uck. You can buy them here for less. I think the quality of their clothes are better than Walmart. Their cushions and outer furniture are excellent. They also have this crazy deal that you do save money... I miss those sales in store.”
