“The folks here are always friendly and helpful when you go in to mail something. Well versed in what is needed and how to package everything. I also recently has an issue with a lost package, they looked into it for me, and got it moving again pretty quickly. They also called me to keep me updated on what they were doing to locate the package, and then once they got it going, when it would arrive. Better communication than most!”

When a friend inquired about a package that was not delivered due to the ice I was unable to clear to make delivery accessible they called her directly in California to explain why! It was not their fault.”
