If u go inside the employees press the satisfaction botton instead of letting the customer do it. I have been in this post office plenty of times and it's the same every time.

The local post office is doing a very fine job -the carriers themselves have gone out of their way to get mail to me. When a friend inquired about a package that was not delivered due to the ice I was unable to clear to make delivery accessible they called her directly in California to explain why! It was not their fault.
