Absolutely TERRIBLE service and employees in North Adam's. Lazy carriers, unprofessional supervisor. Beyond pathetic. Worst experience at any post office I've ever encountered.

The local post office is doing a very fine job -the carriers themselves have gone out of their way to get mail to me. When a friend inquired about a package that was not delivered due to the ice I was unable to clear to make delivery accessible they called her directly in California to explain why! It was not their fault.

Terrible communication from Supervisors, terrible mail delivery even with a 15ft swath of snow removed from around my mailbox.
