Their earliest date was 10/5 with earliest repair date of 10/23. Having used B & J in the past, I gave them a call for help. Chuck provided an estimate on 9/29. B & J worked with the insurance company because I mentioned they weren't on the list of recommended vendors.Car was brought in on 10/9 and completed by 10/19. Davina handled all paperwork and rental car pickup/drop off. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The interior and exterior were clean and paint blended nicely. “I have been going to Harry’s Auto Body for over 20 years. Elvoris, the new owner is absolutely amazing. He worked with me within my budget to completely fix both sides of my car in record time. He actually called me to let me know he finished my car 2 day’s early. It looks brand new and I’ve never been so happy. He took the time to get to know me, we talked about family, work and cars. The experience was so amazing that I asked him to take a look at my sons car and he give us an awesome quote. I was shocked when he agreed to do the work for half of what everyone else is charging.I happened to mention to Elvoris that my son has a bent rim, and his car shakes at low speeds. Longtime resident of Merrimack Valley, Elvoris said if you have some time today, I can introduce you to my tire guy that can fix that for you at a great discount. It was the end of the day so he said give me a minute and I’ll take you over there and introduce you to him personally. I was completely blown away at his generosity. He did just that and Jose the owner of the tire shop was super nice as well. Inspected all tires, tested the tires, found the problem and give us a super good deal. “Couldn't recommend this place more. Got a very fair quote for a sub & amp install in my 2016 Lexus. They ended up running into some issues because the car has lots of complicated systems that they were fighting, but they stayed an hour late and let me into the shop to see exactly what the problem was and I watched as they fixed it. Johnny gave me his personal number to call in case any issues arise, and they honored the original quote even though it took a decent bit longer than expected. Absolutely going to recommend this place to anyone looking for car audio, remote start system etc. 10/10 service”
