“Said was very responsive, diagnosed and fixed my car issues quickly and efficiently. He is an honest mechanic. I have been using his service for the past 5 years and highly recommend him.”

“I bring both of my vehicles here and I always know I'll get great, honest service & communication. My CRV has 236K miles on it, and Cody's has kept it in great shape! Highly recommended!”
“I did not have established care for my car — as I’m still sort of new to the area — and now I won’t go anywhere else.
Mark was helpful, friendly, educational, and an overall great guy to do business with.
If you’re looking for a new place to take your car, I can’t recommend Mark and his team enough.”
“I have been client of Will for many years now. He consistently provides an excellent service. I had my car detailed this weekend, it was a mess after the winter and from transporting young kids. He does a great job of communicating and is always very professional. I would highly recommend Will. I have enjoyed working with him over the years and look forward to continuing being a client of his in the future.”
“A mouse or squirrel chewed a wire under my hood and took out my O2 sensor. My usual garage couldn’t do it because it’s an Audi, so they sent me to this BP. Ray got me in the very next morning and they had it fixed the same day. Price was fair and the final total actually came in a little lower than the quote. Super easy to deal with — I’ll be back.”
“After my husband was hit by a woman running a stop sign the last thing we wanted to deal with was repairs, insurance and the paperwork headache to say AV went above and beyond would be a lie. Jim couldn’t have been more helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. The only benefit of a crappy situation is that our family found our new local repair man, thankfully just down the street. Will recommend to everyone we know!”
“We had just gotten into town from Ohio for a camping trip, and shortly before reaching campground the front caliper on our 2010 cadillac escalade started locking up, once we set up i looked for a shop and found c&c auto clinic and talked to them and they got me in the first thing next day, was not expecting that. Called with possible problem with brakes but was not pushing unnecessary work, recommended an issue with one tie rod and i agreed it was bad,car was ready mid day. Thanks again”
“Great service! We had tire trouble while traveling. Our AirBnB hosts recommended Independent Tires to us. We got taken care of in a friendly & efficient way! Thank you!”

“I’ve used them in the past for car repairs but the stand out was the other day. Although they couldn’t help with emergency tow in Haverhill instead of saying they couldn’t help me they listened in my panic and calmly told me how to get out of that situation, who to call.. I appreciate you! Thank you, you could have hung up but didn’t. Stand up business!”
“I’ve been bringing my car to Kinsman Auto for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The entire team is honest, knowledgeable, and always takes great care of me and my car. Whether it’s routine maintenance or an unexpected repair, I know I can trust them to explain everything clearly and do quality work without ever making me feel pressured.
Customer service is consistently excellent, and everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. I bring my car in pretty regularly, and every experience has been smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and Kinsman Auto has earned my loyalty over the years. Highly recommend!”
