“Not easy to buy a car if, like me, you avoid car salesmen. After three years of searching, I found the right car and the right salesperson in Dean Falle, at Car Five in Plaistow. No pressure, very helpful, and made sure my 2020 Explorer was 100% serviced and clean before it left the lot! The Car Five team was also very helpful in researching financing options as well, although I ended up going with my own. An all in all good experience, and very happy with the car!”

“I popped in and asked if they could replace my mirror covers. I have a Mini and bought custom mirror covers. They took my car in the back, popped off my old ones and replace them with the new ones, and did not charge me. I was expecting to pay something. They were so nice. My husband has gone there a few times and has nothing but praise for them. THe office is nice and they seem very professional. We both highly recommend them.”

“Where to begin. As a female I have found it to be almost impossible to find a car repair place that doesn't take advantage of the fact that I am a female and overcharge me. Trustworthy is ordinarily not a word that comes to mind when I think "car repair".This certainly was not my experience at CarTech Plus! I have been there 5 times over the past year for various repairs on a car with almost 250,000 miles. I have absolutely no hesitation saying they have earned my trust.Imagine this. If my appointment is at 10:30 that's actually when the work begins! The repairs are correct. I am charged a very reasonable price for the work completed. I am not there all day. The establishment is clean. The chairs in the waiting area are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional.Out of 5 stars I conservatively believe they have earned 10 stars each time I have had work done.I HIGHLY recommend them!!”
