I had a complicated fasting test over two hours long that required five draws, and not only did she figure out my doctors' complex instructions and do it in exactly five draws, she kept me calm and laughing the whole time. The last time I had to get this test done (somewhere else), it was very delayed, they had my doctor on the phone, and it took nine pokes. What a difference.
