My phlebotomist today was amazing! I didn’t get her name (she had short curly hair) but she was so sweet and her vibe was so calming. It made me way less nervous about getting my blood work done. Checking in was easy and they were pretty fast!

I think the bad reviews are fake because I've coming here for a long time and most of the time, I'm in and out in less 15 minutes. Maybe they're getting this one confused with the Bedford location which we've had problems with. The staff are always friendly.
