Yes and yes. I normally practice at Concord, NH, studio which is the best so I'm spoiled. LOVE Merrimack Valley studio. Clean, friendly, spacious. Thank you!

Bikram yoga is a wonderful practice in general, but the instructors at this studio make it very accessible for rookies like me and veterans to yoga.

A life changing studio! Terri and her team are incredibly patient and knowledgeable. There is no pressure or judgement, but plenty of encouragement and support. The studio is very clean and comfortable. Be ready to sweat though. 105F is hotter than you think at first.
