“The service technician was knowledgeable & made quick work of switching out the old condenser fan motor for the new. When he finished, he secured the back, plugged the fridge back in & reset the temperature controls. It's running quietly & maintaining the set temps.”
“Ordered a open box laptop online. Laptop was 100% fine but accidentally it did not come w any cord or charger. Calling in for support they gave me two options I didn't really love to resolve things. I just wanted the apple cords. But they wouldn't just send them to me. On a whim I stopped into this store and asked for a manager. I explained things and in 10 mins he came back to me w the brand new cords. No BS just real customer service. The manager wasn't old but he still understood how to treat a decent customer. He could have just said sorry and sent me in my way. Thank you!”

“I don't know what the other low reviewers are on about cause I've gotten nothing but great experiences! Staff have been super nice and the store is well stocked/organized.
Me and a buddy called for a game and they had it, put it to the side for us for same day pickup. They were super nice and informative. Love their retro sections the most and everything is well priced.
The GameStops around me have all closed and this one is the closest one to me that is still a pretty far way out but the trip has always been worth it. It was a packed store last I was there and though there looked to be one staff member, he knocked it out of the park. Hope the negative reviews don't get to ya (the staff) love this store and hope to keep coming back to build up my collection!”
