They are wonderful and I received excellent service from them. They are extremely friendly, reliable and helpful. I am so grateful for their help. “After calling around to several places looking for a replacement hybrid battery for my daughter’s Gen 2 prius I found Greentec. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. I called and all my questions were answered. Within minutes we had an appointment ( next day!) at their shop in Foxboro. The car was fixed within hours and for less than I expected ( under $1100 installed) with a 1 year warranty. The car drives “like new” despite the 215k miles. Highly recommended.”

Orlando went above and beyond - helping me test the battery, charging system, and determine that the alternator needed replacement. “After visiting the location on cottage Ave and being refused service because they were under staff with 3 employees at the store and no customer insight whatsoever I took a trip to the location on Newport Ave in Rumford and was met by Adam who was by himself and he was able to run the diagnostic test for me. “I purchased a battery for my vehicle in Dec 2025. Mechanic found the battery was not good in Apr of 2026. Of course the receipt can't be found anywhere! Took the battery back to O'Reilly Auto Parts, they looked up my phone number, found the purchase and switched it out for a new one with no problem! I was very grateful and impressed with how helpful they were.”
