“Being a Pennsylvania girl visiting Foxboro brought me to this location for a malfunctioning left turn signal. The location was easy to get to. Parking lot was clean and well taken care of. The store is clean, organized and looks easy to maneuver if someone (unlike me) knows what they might need. I was greeted at the counter with smiles and hellos from both sales professionals. The assistant manager, Brett, however, is the one who chose to assist me. He not only found what part I needed with ease, but he also offered to install it for me as well. What a kind thing for him to do as I am almost certain the store doesn't normally do that. Brett took the time to help me, was pleasant and accommodating, knew what he was doing and also shared a little bit of his own personal story with me as well. I can't say enough about how comfortable he made a Pennsylvania girl who knows nothing about mechanics feel at ease. Thank you Brett! All the best to you!As an aside, I just called the store to find out what Brett's position is and spoke with Dejia! Another sweet experience with the staff at this location! She was kind and helpful and did not rush me off the phone. Kudos to those who are hiring these phenomenal employees.”

“After calling around to several places looking for a replacement hybrid battery for my daughter’s Gen 2 prius I found Greentec. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. I called and all my questions were answered. Within minutes we had an appointment ( next day!) at their shop in Foxboro. The car was fixed within hours and for less than I expected ( under $1100 installed) with a 1 year warranty. The car drives “like new” despite the 215k miles. Highly recommended.”

“N. Smithfield store was clean and in order. The assistant manager helped me out with the right part the first time.I was driving to a job site, when I stopped for gas, my truck wouldn’t start. I called a road service for help, said the alternator wasn’t working. I found an O’Reilly auto store 1.3 miles away. I got a jump start and made a “B” line to there. I got the new alternator and I installed it in the parking lot. The employees were extremely helpful, and understanding of the situation. Thank you for the help at O’Reilly auto parts.”

“My battery needed a couple jumps recently so I brought it in just to have them to test and get their advice on how to proceed. About ten minutes later I had a brand new battery at no cost because they saw that I had purchased the battery from them and it was still under warranty. Thanks again!”

“Some awesome people work here. Had a freak accident where my antifreeze line burst as I was changing my battery in the parking lot and the employees were right there to help me out. They took care of the spill on the ground and provided me a chair and space to wait by myself until the tow truck came. 10/10 thank you!!!”
